App Review – Google Maps

Today’s App is Google Maps by Google.

I don’t use maps a whole lot but have understood peoples frustration when Google Maps was replaced by Apple’s unpredictable and troublesome Apple Maps. I didn’t really understand the big deal until Apple came out and admitted their failures.

Well worry not Google Maps is back and better than ever. I really like the interactive features and find it a lot better than the original with extra inbuilt features such as the ability to save/ send directions. I used to previously rely on screen shots.

I haven’t noticed any failures of the App so right now it has taken the place of Apple Maps and is once again my primary source for directions (sorry Apple!)
